S3E11 - Having Challenging Conversations
Backed by decades of experience producing exceptional clinical outcomes, Kintinu Telerehab connects recovery to everyday life. In this podcast, we explore hot topics in rehabilitation, the keys to personal growth and recovery, and how to apply it all to the real-world.
In this episode of Kintinu’d Conversations, Brad Dexter sits down with Jill Guenther and Nash Mahupete. Jill and Nash have been a part of QLI for over 50 years combined, and take the time to discuss the value of having challenging conversations within the rehabilitation setting, as supervisors, and within our personal relationships. Currently, Jill serves as the Director of Skill Building and is one of the first people to welcome a new team member to the company. Nash serves as the Vice President of Residential Services and excels in being present and jumping in wherever needed at QLI.
Listeners will appreciate their perspective on the value of pressing into conversations that we want to avoid, or perceive as a task to be checked off the list.
Enjoy!
